The Burn is a three-day, fully-supported bicycle tour of the bourbon distilleries and Thoroughbred horse farms of Kentucky. Explore quiet country roads and quaint communities en route to world-famous bourbon distilleries nestled amongst the rolling bluegrass hills. Join our friends from all 50 states (plus Canada & Europe!) as we “cheers” to another round of riding bikes and drinking bourbon in our great home state of Kentucky.

Phil Talks Whiskey is working to assemble VIP Tasting Experiences at The Burn. These fun, interactive tastings, led by industry experts such as Whiskey Hosts, Master Tasters, Bourbon Legends and Brand Ambassadors are designed for any Burn participant ranging from the seasoned whiskey warrior to the freshly-minted bourbon rookie.

Along with the VIP Experiences, Phil Talks Whiskey will be hosting Torch Light Trivia during The Burn. Put together a team, compete against other Burn riders and push your puzzler to the limits. Host Phil Kollin will welcome you and your trivia team to the Burn with questions covering topics ranging from bourbon to bicycling to Kentucky, plus some other general knowledge questions!

Attendance is complimentary with The Burn registration.
